✨ Where can I find my digital download?
Printable items, such as our printable greeting cards, stationery, and wall art, along with our digital crafting files will arrive as an instant digital download file, and nothing will be physically mailed to you.
You should receive an email from StarCityCo that your downloads are ready immediately after the payment clears. Click on the Download link in that email and it will take you to our website where you'll click the Download Now button. Boom...you'll have your printable file ready to print and give within minutes!
✨ Where can I print them?
At Home! ...or if you'd like professional printing, you can use a local printer, or I recommend Prints of Love. They offer high-quality prints and amazing customer service! We can help minimize our carbon footprint by not using all the shipping supplies, cello envelopes, mailers, and gas for delivery transportation! When you print from home, you save money AND you're doing a good deed for our earth. Your wallet is happy and mother nature is happy = win-win :)

No worries, we've got you! We use the highest quality eco-friendly supplies and we believe in caring for our environment.~ We use recycled cardstock sustainably made in the USA!~ We purchase our envelopes from another small business and they are made from recycled paper.~ We use biodegradable cello sleeves to protect our greeting cards during shipping and recyclable cardboard mailers that are also easy to reuse!
✨ What type of shipping do you offer?
We use USPS Ground Advantage shipping, unless you upgrade to Priority. Let us know if you'd like a different method and we'll check into the options for you.
✨ When will my items arrive?
I strive to make a send items as fast as possible! Items sometimes ship same to next day, but please allow 1 to 3 days after placing your order for us to get it made and shipped out, just in case. Then, of course, allow for the typical 2-5 business days that USPS Ground Advantage usually takes.

✨ Can you write a note and send a card straight to the recipient?
Yes, I'm happy to ship straight to the recipient with a handwritten personalized note from you! Just be sure to send us the recipients address and your note with what you'd like to say :)
✨ Do you accept returns/exchanges?
We have a 30 day return/exchange policy on physical items and we're happy to work with you.
For digital download items, please be sure to understand what it is your are purchasing before you do so. Due to the nature of Digital Downloads, we DO NOT offer refunds. Before you place an order, please read the FULL DESCRIPTION of what you are purchasing and let me know if something is not clear so I can help you out, as I DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on digital items.
