These pinwheels make me want to have a picnic in the country :) They'd be perfect to top your cupcakes for a birthday party, bridal shower, wedding reception, baby shower, or use as decor for any fun get together! They are great used as photo props too. These are hand cut and folded with designer card stock, topped with a sequin, and put on a lollipop stick. They do not spin, as they are attached to a stick for decoration only.
The pinwheels measure 2 1/2 inches in diameter and have 4" lollipop sticks attached, so they are approximately 6" total.
