1. How will my items be packaged?
Jewelry will be shipped in a confetti sprinkled gift box, wrapped with ribbons and topped with a handmade paper pinwheel + cupcake topper. Ready for gift giving!
Cupcake toppers will be shipped in a clear sealed cello bag.
Digital items arrive as an instant download digital file, as described in each listing and nothing will be shipped to you.
2. Why Printables?
We can help minimize our carbon footprint by not using all the shipping supplies, cello envelopes, mailers, and gas for delivery transportation! When you print from home, you save money AND you're doing a good deed for our earth. Your wallet is happy and mother nature is happy = win-win :)
1. How do you ship items?
We use USPS First Class shipping, unless you upgrade to Priority. Let us know if you'd like a different method and we'll check into the options for you.
2. When will my items arrive?
I strive to make a send items as fast as possible! Items usually take maximum of 3 days after receiving the order to get made and shipped out.
3. This is a gift. Can you write a note?
I'm happy to ship straight to the gift recipient with a handwritten note from you! Just be sure to put the recipients address in and leave me a note with what you'd like to say :)

1. How do I care for my new jewelry?
Please remove your gorgeous jewelry while you shower, bathe, swim, or sleep! Please be gentle...although I have taken every step to use the strongest materials for sturdiness and longevity, if you are too rough on these handmade pieces, they may break. Also, please try to avoid getting perfume on your jewelry as the chemicals could cause it to tarnish. Store jewelry in a dry location, preferably a covered box.

Since I'm offering a service, digital downloads, and not a physical product, you should understand what it is your are purchasing before you do so. Before you place an order, please read the FULL DESCRIPTION of what you are purchasing and let me know if something is not clear so I can help you out, as I DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on digital items.
