Christmas Holiday Pinwheels Cupcake Toppers

These Stars + Stripes Christmas pinwheels are super cute with their fun Star and mint sequins! They would be awesome for a wintertime snow party or a Christmas/Holiday party for a patriotic person! They are great used as photo props too. These are hand cut and folded with designer card stock, topped with sequins, and put on a lollipop stick. They do not spin, as they are attached to a stick for decoration only.
