Holiday Candy + Hot Cocoa Pinwheel Cupcake Toppers

These Candy and Hot Cocoa Christmas pinwheels are super cute with their fun baubles and mint sequins! They would be awesome for a wintertime snow party or hot cocoa themed bash. They are great used as photo props too. These are hand cut and folded with designer card stock, topped with baubles and sequins, and put on a lollipop stick. They do not spin, as they are attached to a stick for decoration only.
